Intermediate: You've done these 6-10 times with coaches watching and giving you feedback. 

Well Practiced: You've done these 10+ times with coaches watching and giving you feedback. 

Difficulty and Equipment
This can be done with a barbell, bands or a dumbbell/kettlebell held at the chest. Depending on what is written on the site, use what is written. 

Difficulty level will progress by adding weight. 

Add weight slowly.
