Our OnRamp program is where all new members start.
You'll learn what to do, how to do it and even about nutrition, all at your own pace.
You’ll have proper form, stay injury free and will be confident about getting stated.

Would you be more comfortable in a group or 1-on-1?
We offer both below!



Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays - 6:00 PM for 2 weeks. Sessions start on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month.
Cost: $129 for 6 classes
Details: Attend 6 On-Ramp group classes before starting a regular group class membership. 

**If unable to come to 6 consecutive classes, contact us! You can still join! 


If you’d be more comfortable starting 1-on-1 or the group format doesn't work for you, private or semiprivate sessions allow you to have the convenience of working out at times that fit your schedule.

Go through the program in 3 sessions, have a personal coach and the convenience of days and times that work for you.

Cost: 3 sessions, $75 per session and includes first months membership!  
*Want to do it with a friend our significant other? We also offer 2-on-1 training! Email us for information!

*24 hour cancelation is required for Private/SemiPrivate sessions. If cancelation is received with less than 24 hours, the session will be charged and another session will need to be purchased. 

After finishing the On-Ramp Program, join group classes, continue in personal training or redo the program for more practice.
