Get Started at City Line

Many people who want to start working out feel intimidated or unsure if they can do it.  
That’s why we created our On Ramp program.

Through training and education, new members and first timers here feel comfortable, welcomed and excited to get started.

Members feel confident inside and outside of the gym, have long term success and look great! 

Everyone can do it. In On Ramp we go step by step to make sure you'll succeed and we're your guide the entire time. 

We offer two ways to accomplish the On Ramp program. Read below to see which is right for you!


Every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays - 6:00 PM

Start on Mondays!

The group On Ramp program has a designated coach. 
You'll learn what to do, how to do it and even about nutrition, all at your pace. 


If group format doesn't work for you, or you'd like a more personalized approach, private or semiprivate sessions allow you to have the convenience of working out at times that fit your schedule.

Go through the program in 3 sessions, have a personal coach and the convenience of days and times that work for you.


After finishing the On-Ramp Program, join group classes, continue in personal training or redo the program for more practice.
