1) 20 Wall Balls (20/14)
2) 250/200 M Row
3) Rest

Gauntlet style. Line up in in order, behind wall ball. Athlete 1 completes wall balls, then goes and starts rowing. Athlete 2 starts wall balls. When both complete, athlete 1 moves to rest, 2 goes to row, 3 into wall balls. When completed, all working athletes move forward, #2 to rest, #3 to row...#1 back to Wall Balls.
Score is time to completion for 5 rounds.
