In 2 Sets - Set a 10 Rep Max
*After Warm Up sets, estimate what you may be able to do for 10, and then -5/10 lbs and try it. If you hit all 10 easily, go up again. If you just made all 10, stay there. If you failed 10, do it again lighter.
1) 5 Push Jerks @75% of 10 RM + 10 Box Jumps (24"/20")
2) 15 Air Squats + 15 AbMat Sit Ups
