Dr. Dan Pope is a physical therapist, CrossFit athlete and coach, strongman athlete and amateur gymnast. His specialty is helping athletes have pain-free, peak performance.
We're happy to be having him come to do FREE 30 minute PT Evaluations and solution sessions. Here are the details:
When: Saturday February 4 - 30 Minute Sessions - 9 AM - 11 AM
Who: Anyone who wants to be better in those movements or has ANY pain that needs to be fixed. 6 People Max per 30 minute session.

Reps are Touch and Go
*Build up to a heavy single
100 Double Unders
50 Deadlifts (155/105lbs)
10 Bar Muscle Ups

5 Mins to establish a 3RM Thruster
Coaches Note: Thruster is a true thruster, not a thruster jerk (rebend of the knees)
