Goal Day
EMOTM 10
Pick a Goal

Coaches Notes: Today's workout is fast and the goal is to be continuously charging forward. This workout has fairly complimentary movements - thrusters don't have all that much to do with Muscle Ups except for some pressing. So what should you expect? The thruster weight shouldn't be an issue today. If you use 135/95 lbs as the first warm up weight for a Front Squat lifting session then consider using Rx. If those weights are heavier, but doable, talk to a coach today and we'll help you figure out if it's a good idea to stay with it and fight through. If those weights would make you put the bar down after 3 reps in a row and have to wait a bit before doing 2 more, modify to something that you can do 5 in a row with, no questions asked.
