Coaches Notes: Todays workout has *mostly* complimentary movements. Rowing involves pushing with your legs and pulling with your upper body. The push press also has a push from the legs but then a press, not pull, from the arms. Then, rowing again, and the ring dips is again an upper body pushing movement just in another direction, down instead of up.
Workouts that have complimentary movements are ones that you can keep your intensity high on because the body doesn't get taxed the same way in every movement. Your ability to continue to row hard has little to do with your ability to push press and ring dip. It has more do with how you feel about your ability to push press and ring dip but that's all up to you!
