Coaches Note: Think of today as 3, back to back 5 minute parts. Try to get more rounds in the 3rd part then the 2nd and more in the 2nd then the 1st. That's called negative splitting. Going faster as time continues. This does not mean to go slow during the first 5 minutes. It does mean that you are working hard, and fast, but at a pace that you can repeat and slightly increase, 5% faster, at the next 5 minute segment.
Done correctly, this can help you to keep your intensity high, not burn out and instead of having the last 5 mintues be on lots of resting, you'll be going hard and finishing strong.
