Coaches Note: This is an amazing workout. Simple and effective. Give all you've got but remember, technique will save you. The more efficient you are in your movement, the more energy you have to use for more reps. Since 1893, "The Chiefs" have been relied upon by subordinates and superiors alike for their personal example, technical expertise and above all, their unique leadership capabilities.
