Coaches Note: Today we revisit a workout we've done in the past. Some repeat workouts are better at showing how much you've improved over time. This is one of them. Like a black and white cookie, half of it is a physical challenge (the vanilla side) and half is a mental challenge (the chocolate side), and it's damn delicious!
Can you challenge yourself with your speed of the burpees on the first round...even though there's two more? Can you keep a positive mindset no matter what? I believe you can. But you don't have to prove it to me, accept the challenge and prove it to yourself.
