Coaches Note: The main purpose of today's large sets is to work on stamina, being able to keep going even when your heart rate is high. Here's the important part.
Use weights that will challenge you at about halfway (15 wall balls in, ~15 KBS in, 10 jerks) through the reps of the set. You'll have to dig deep to keep going unbroken but maybe you're able to. If you pick a weight that's too light, you'll be wishing you had gone a little heavier. If you pick one that you can do 10 wall balls then have to rest, it's too heavy.
Today we ride the line of intensity but keep in mind our goal, to go for bigger sets.
