Coaches Note: Today we test your gymnastics stamina (and we have a great modification planned no matter what your ability level is, we got you covered today!) Stamina is the ability of body systems to process, deliver, store, and utilize energy. Simply put, if you have good stamina, you can keep a high level of output up for a long duration of time. This is different then cardio and endurance. 
We define fitness as your work capacity across broad time and modal domains. You're ability do do work, regardless of what the time it takes to do the task is (seconds like lifting, or hours like yard work or packing boxes and moving) or what the task itself is.
