Coaches Note: This workout has 2 very complimentary movements. The function of the upper body pulling from the pull up doesn't have much to do with Box Jumps and the lower body pushing function from box jumps doesn't have much to do with pull ups. If this workout was box jump and thruster, or pull up and ring rows, you may move a lot slower. With complimentary movements in a workout, you can keep your intensity up and movement fast.
