Deadlift (275/185 lbs)
Bench Press (185/135 lbs)
Front Squat (205/140 lbs)

Coaches Note: Strength scaling - if you're able to use the Rx weights but that many reps will take 60 minutes, strength scaling will allow you to keep intensity up. Talk with the class coach and we will help you strength scale this, or any, WOD. A variation for strength scaling this WOD would look like doing 7-6-5-4-3-2-1-1-1-1.
