Coaches Note: Can you keep your round times consistant? Each round is a sprint. On the first part, run that 200 hard then get in the door, take a moment and hit the heavy clean. Once you finish the cleans, get out that door and get after that 200. You get a nice rest before going again so push it on the run to get the best result from today's workout. What happens to your round times when the clean is first or when the run is first?
