5 Rounds for Time
50 Double Unders
15 Target Burpees
5 Power Cleans (185/135)
Coaches Note: It is not always better to have a faster time.
This may contradict what you've been taught or what you've believed, so we'll say it again: it is not always better to have a faster time.
Getting a better time at expense of getting better at a skill (like double unders) or lifting a heavier weight will not always get you better results. Scaling and modifying movements preserves the stimulus intention of the WOD. It's not a method to get the fastest time on the board or skip out on doing a movement you "don't like" because you're not good at it yet. Today, try doing double unders (count your attempts, even if you hit your feet but tried, it counts) and try to go heavier on the clean and do singles instead of doing consecutive reps. You'll be better for it.
