Coaches Note: We're making the strict handstand push up harder. For some people the next evolution if that is the ring hspu, for some it may be a deficit strict hspu, for some it's a standard strict HSPU. Today we're getting a little outside of the comfort zone on handstand push ups but don't worry, tons of scaling options that will allow you to get the most from this workout!
