What was your fitness background before you started at CFCL, and what made you decide to try CrossFit?
Growing up it was mainly team sports. In high school I played football and lacrosse and I played lacrosse in college. My post college workout regiment were mainly bro sessions with my old roommates and random HIIT classes at the gym down the street from me. I decided to try CrossFit after recovering from a dislocated hip. OG member Rob Parks was my neighbor at the time and had been hounding me to drop in at City Line so at some point during my 6-8 weeks of recovery I promised him that I would give it a shoot once I got cleared by my doctor. I took the intro class with Unger (on a Thursday) and the rest is history!
What goals are you working on right now?
Better front rack mobility, it's ugly at best. Nailing technique with my Oly. Lifts. Staying consistent with gymnastics & body weight movements.
What is your favorite movement in Crossfit?
Favorite movement, double unders and any kind of barbell complex!

Gladiator - if you've seen it you already know why (it's awesome)
Caddyshack - going to need some laughs from time to time

These 5 are subject to change!
What is your favorite holiday and why?
I would have to say Memorial Day mainly because of the meaning behind it but it's also the kickoff to summer!
