Monday, December 31st - 5:25, 6:30, 9AM, Noon Classes Only.
Tuesday, January 1st - Open Gym 10AM - Noon

2) 10 Kettlebell Swings (53/35) & 14 Walking Lunges
3) 1 Sled Push (45/Empty 1 length) & 15 Sit Ups
4) Rest
