Odd: 3-5 Reps of a strict Gymnastics Movement
Even: 3 Reps of a lift and add weight every 2 sets.
Coaches Note: For the gymnastics movement, the goal is to practice a skill. Make your movement better. Work on efficiency. This is not a beat down day. The goal is to keep the volume relatively low, have high quality of movement and you to feel great after finishing.
For the weightlifting movement, the goal is the same. Quality of movement, be efficient, work up to a heavy set, not max.
