Coaches Note: A workout like this calls for a specific mindset. The race horse wears blinders as to keep them on course and not get distracted. Be like the race horse and have blinders on to everything else besides the single rep that you are doing at the current moment.
You will accomplish all the reps and by focusing on one rep at a time you will be able to control your effort, stay focused and get the most out of the effort you put forth.
