Benchmark WOD Test
This workout, Helen, is a workout that 1000's of CrossFitters have done and it's a benchmark workout, one that we use to track fitness. Do it today, come back and do it again a month, 2 , 3 or more later and assess to see your improvement. We're going starting a new benchmark testing series where we'll do a workout like this and then test it again either at the end of the month or shortly after. Sometimes we don't retest workouts for a long time, 6 months or a year, but we're going to do it more frequently. This is the first one.
