Coaches Note: Today we'll be modifying the handstand push-up using a pike push up. There are lots of ways to develop upper body strength for handstand push-ups and varying what you is a good way to get lots of exposure and find out which ones are most challenging and work on those. Today we'll be using the pike push up as one of the ways to modify the handstand push up. Also check out this video showing a common fault and what the strict handstand push-up should look like.
