 Box jumps train our explosive hip extension--to get the most out of a box jump workout, send your hips back while standing behind the box, like in a kettlebell swing. Then squeeze your glutes and straighten your legs to launch off of the floor and onto the box. Finish from a quarter squat to standing tall.
