Bike 120/90 Assault Bike Calories or
90/70 Concept 2 Bike Calories
Then individually in Max 15 Minutes complete:
5 Rounds
5 Strict Handstand Push Ups (Deficit if able)
5 Strict Pull Ups (Weighted if able)
10 Hip Extensions

Complete a 10/7 Cal Assault bike or 8/6 Concept 2 Bike inbetween each round.
