Coaches Note: For the bench press, pick a weight that you know you can get 10 reps of, then take a short break, and again get 5 more reps. By the time the 5th round comes around, 10 should be difficult but still near unbroken. For the back squat, first keep in mind that you'll be picking the bar up off the floor and putting it on your back. Second, pick a load that you can confidently do 15 in a row with on the first set. Think back to July 17, "Kutschbach" which had 11 back squats at 185, for 7 rounds.
