Coaches Note: We've done this one before. With a repeat workout it's always good to look in your log book beforehand to see a few things:
1) What your old time was, so that you can have a mark to beat!
2) How you broke up reps before. You should include notes like: "did 20 handstand push ups (HSPU) to start. Pull Ups were 10-10-10-10" Those kind of notes can help you guage what to do in this "Reteset".
