Coaches Note: If you know your 1 Rep max deadlift from doing the CrossFit total 3 weeks ago, ascend and get to 81% on the last set. Yes, 81%.
If you don't know your 1 rep max, over the course of the 5 sets build to a very heavy 5 reps.
