The purpose of these skill times are to work on movements, ranges of motion and skills that you may not get the chance to work on in classes. Use these times to explore! Try something new! You may find out that you're able to do it and didn't know it. You'll also find your ability limits and then be able to make progress more easily by knowing how to improve.
