Every 2 minutes, for 14 minutes (7 sets):

Set 1, 5 reps @ 70-74% of 1-RM
Set 2, 5 reps @ 75-79%
Set 3, 3 reps @ 80-84%
Set 4, 2 reps @ 85-89%
Sets 5-7, 2 reps @ 90-94%

"High Voltage"
5 Rounds For Time
9 Kettlebell/Dumbbell Thrusters (53/35)
11 Burpees
