What was your fitness background before you started at CFCL, and what made you decide to try CrossFit?
My fitness background before crossfit was solely running. I thought that was all the fitness I needed but with much prompting from my husband and Jenna I realized after years of trying to lose the "baby weight" this is what I needed and have been hooked since for the last 4 years!
What goals are you working on right now?
I have joined the Athletes System and definitely dialing in my nutrition, and also trying to get better with my technique for better olympic lifting.
What's your favorite CrossFit movement?
My favorite movement? Most people would cringe but I love any WOD with burpees!
What is your favorite place in the world and why?
My favorite place in the world, the caribbean by far! The beach, sand, sun and ocean....there's nothing like it!
If you were famous, what would you be famous for?
I'd definitely be famous for my witty comebacks and flawless dance moves
If you were an ice cream flavor, what flavor would you be and why?
If I were an ice cream flavor? One of my favorite flavors is Pistachio, a little sweet and a little nutty (might be a theme)
