Coaches Note: Let’s talk ‘Intensity’ for a second. Intensity (aka the rate that you do work in the workout) can only be held so high for so long. You can only run at a full sprint pace for a short time. Then it turns into a hard effort run, then jog, then slow jog etc. Helen is the workout that brings you to the edge where your intensity is high, and you can sustain it. It seems almost too simple to be adequate for getting you results.
Simplicity and effectiveness can go hand in hand.
