Barbell Betties is back in action starting on April 29th! This round will be a small group led by Coach Rita, assisted by Coach Cassi, and spots are filling fast! For each of the following, partners will alternate complete rounds, and work through as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes:

8 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
8 Burpee Box Jumps (24"/20")

Rest 4 minutes, and then…

8 Ring Dips
16 Air Squats

Rest 4 minutes, and then…

8 Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead (50/35 lbs)
24 Double Unders
