We take the best of weightlifting, body weight workouts, and high intensity cardio and mix it all into one program. It is fun, you can do it, and most importantly, it works.

Classes at CrossFit City Line look very different from a class at any other gym. Our classes even look different from other CrossFit gyms. We have a structure and system for our classes from start to finish. We offer a variety of classes, including CrossFit, Women-Only Weightlifting, semiannual Olympic Lifting, Couch to 5k training, and our small-group CrossFit beginners program. You can do this. We'll show you how.
