Classes at CrossFit City Line looks very different from a class at any other gym, even other CrossFit Gyms. We have a structure and system for our classes from start to finish. We offer a variety of classes including CrossFit, Womens Only Weightlifting, semi annual Olympic Lifting, Couch to 5k training, and our small group CrossFit program, Rolling Start. You can do this. We'll show you how.
