Push-ups: please do real chest to deck, plank push-ups. Modify Push Ups to 1/2 reps or hands on box push ups. If modifying to hands on box, do 1/2 reps at a very challenging box height instead of 40 at an easy height. Double-unders: yup, even 74 in a row will get you back to zero in a set. All must be unbroken.
