400 Meter Single Arm Kettlebell Farmers Carry
200 Meters on 1 hand, break any time, but must finish all 200 on one hand before switching.

Back Squat

5 Broad Jumps
*Do 2 back squats, when finished, immediately do 5 Broad Jumps. Don't rush them, jump as far as possible and take 5-10 seconds between jumps to get properly set up.
Rest 2 minutes between sets.
