Clean and Jerk
Every 30 seconds for 10 sets (5 Minutes)
1 Squat Clean and Jerk
Do 2 reps at one weight, then ascend.
Start light, end around 60-70%
Every 45 seconds for 6 sets (5:30 Minutes)
1 Squat Clean and Jerk
Ascending
Start ~65%, get to 80%
Every 60 seconds for 5 sets (5 minutes)
Ascend AHAP

Handstand Walk
AMRAP 6
25' Walk
15 Second Rest
If you'd end up coming own out of the walk after less then 15', do 10' distances.
If only able to walk a few feet, do:
AMRAP 6, max distance handstand walk.
