Skill sessions are one on one training sessions for you to work with a coach on skills and movements of your choice. Skill sessions are open to CFCL members and non members. They are great for:
- Learning and developing new and difficult skills,
- Breaking through plateaus,
- Perfecting technique and
- Building confidence with movements.
Skill sessions last for 30 or 60 minutes depending on what you'd like to work on.
