Recovery, relaxing, and relieving stress is essential for making continued progress. We are so excited to provide the way to get the necessary flexibility and mobility we all need with the start of our much-awaited yoga program at CFCL!

Our very own Anushka Arellano will lead a 60-minute yoga session every Sunday starting September 10th (10 AM). She's been an athlete here for 6 months and knows what we do with our bodies, what needs to be stretched, and how to maximize your recovery. 

Each session will be aligned with the past and upcoming weeks' workouts to aid in recovery and preparation.  

If you’ve been sore, tired, or stressed out, you need to get to these classes!

You can purchase entry to all 4 sessions (14.75/session), or 2 sessions (17.50/session. Sessions may be used at your discretion).

Space is limited to 20 people per class.
