Every Other Minute for 10 minutes (5 rounds)
4 Touch and go power snatch
Start in the neighborhood of 75% of your power snatch max and work up if you can.

Climb the ladder
1 Burpee to 6″ target
1 Hang Power Snatch (115/75lbs)
2 Burpees to 6″ target
2 Hang Power Snatches
3 Burpees to 6″ target
3 Hang Power Snatches
And so on…
