This event sells out quick! If you’re ready to take your training, your nutrition, and your life to the next level, this introduction to modern mindset work will kick you into high gear!
12 minutes, as many rounds and reps possible:
12 Ab-mat sit ups
12 Box Jumps (24”/20”)
12 Hand-release push ups
3 x :30 L-sit holds (accumulate) rest as needed
*Coaches Note: Today we are looking for constant movement. The push ups will most likely be the limit of advance for most, so do not hesitate to scale in order to meet today’s stimulus of moving relatively continuously for 12 minutes. We will make sure you have plenty of scaling options to make that happen! Enjoy the weekend and Happy Mother’s Day to all the Moms in our community!!
