3 Deadlifts (heavy)
9 Strict toes-to-bar

*immediately start your toes to bar
following your 3rd deadlift
*rest as needed after each round

Coaches Note: This one is all about improving our midline stabilization, or core strength under a heavier load and then, no load. We will be working both the abs and the back in the deadlift and then focusing more on our abdominals in the toes to bar. A strong core = stronger everything else!
