Coaches Note: Two movements each focusing on a rapid extension of the hip. Yes, it is a redundant movement pattern, but sometimes that is what we need. When it comes to learning how to open our hip correctly, it should be high on our priority list of skills because learning how to fully and rapidly extend our hip will help us potentiate our athletic capacity. Definitely spend sometime after the WOD rolling your glutes, hamstrings, and lower back!!
