Going to the gym involves:

  2. Travel to the gym,

  3. Figure out what workout to do – Find something online or in a magazine, copy someone else (who’s probably doing it wrong) or try to get creative,

  4. Workout for at least the same time if not LONGER then a CrossFit Class - to get the same benefit you’ll have to do twice as long on cardio and then do strength and core training after that,

  5. Wait until equipment you want to use is available,

  6. “Protect” your equipment from being used by others while you’re in the middle of your workout,

  7. Figure out what stretches to do,

  8. Travel from the gym.

That’s a lot! How do you know you’re doing the exercises correctly? Are you following a program that will work efficiently and effectively? Are you in an environment that motivates you and makes you want to work hard AND come back again the next day?
