Gymnastics Focus
1) 10 Tempo Swings on Rings
2) 10 Strict Toes to Bar
3) 30' Handstand Walk
Modify Strict Toes to Bar to Paralette Roll Ups (do them SLOWLY)
Modify Handstand Walk to 15' or Box Around The World (1/2 way both directions)
