10 reps @ 60% of 1-RM
10 reps @ 65%
10 reps @ 70%
8 reps @ 80%
6 reps @ 85%
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.

Midline
Bike 15 Minutes
Every 3 minutes stop and do a 50' Single Arm Farmers Carry with each arm. As heavy as possible.
