Front Squat
8×2 @60% with a tempo of:
3 second descent, 3 second Pause, stand as fast as possible.

5 Rounds
200 Meter Run
6 Muscle-Ups

Muscle Ups do not have to be unbroken but only 1 break.
Modify to a number where you will only break once per round in round 4/5 and try to go unbroken as much as you can.

If unable to do a muscle up complete:
