Then go up in weight and do 2 more sets
of 3 reps each at the same tempo.
(1 second controlled press, 1 second pause, 2 second lower, 1 second pause)

Evey 90 seconds for 6 sets
Hang Snatch Pull
High Hang Squat Snatch

Every 2 Minutes for 6 sets
3 Hang Squat Snatches @~70%
