3 high hang squat cleans @ ~50%
then
Every 2 Minutes for 6 sets
3 Hang Squat Cleans @70%, jerk the last rep.

Double Kettlebell Front Rack Reverse Lunges
5 x 10 steps per leg
Rest 30 seconds between doing 1 leg and the other, and 1-1:30 minute between sets
