5 Rounds:
Max strict handstand push ups
Immediately followed by:
:30 PVC strict press, slow

Rest as needed after each round

- If we are working towards our first strict handstand push up, depending on our current capacity, perform either.
(a) strict handstand push ups to an ab-mat
(b) pike push ups
(c) any form of push ups off your toes
(d) seated strict dumbbell press at a light load that will allow for 10-20 reps on round 1
